Interior and exterior renovations to convert a 7 storey building from 108 hotel-style rooms to 58 self-sufficient one bedroom apartments. This project successfully accomplished Toronto Community Housing Corporation’s goal of rejuvenating the building and changing the negative image associated with subsidized housing.
