Extensive renovations to a 12 unit apartment building in Saint Petersburg, Florida.The Prince Gregor Apartments were built in 1948, and were renovated to reclaim their original Florida Art Deco charm. Kitchens and bathrooms were modernized while original architectural details were accentuated, including rounded corners, plaster mouldings, stone window sills and mosaic tile floors.
