A proposal for converting the existing building into a mixed-use facility as part of a re-development of the park. The aim was to provide options for the adaptive re-use of 40 Carl Hall Road. The plan centered around implementing a Green Incubator including the collection of rainwater, a green roof and/or urban agriculture.
